How do I check the reservation time??
You can check the usage time and usage method by clicking on the usage guide.
You can check the reservation code by pressing the Receive Items button when confirming the reservation.
All receipts and reservations are processed by credit card, and payment can be made directly on site.
There is no refund if the item has already started shipping. Check delivery times and close times.
I have too many items. Do you ship items all at once?
Up to 30 large items are shipped at once per day. If you have more than 30 items to ship, please contact customer service.
In the case of storage and delivery of goods, it is difficult to find the goods if the reservation receipt is lost. Please contact customer service.
Food and valuables cannot be stored or delivered according to our policy.
It is possible when events are in progress. However, events that are not used for a certain period of time by the customer will automatically expire.
